Entry 6: Aftermath

TED Talk
Soooooo... I hate public speaking. The TED Talk was a complete and utter failure, I mean, I did meet the requirements, but I still hated every second I was up on stage. I managed to get through the whole thing, surprisingly, but I talked extremely fast and I am pretty sure my TED Talk was like under 3 minutes. That is probably one of the worst parts about the TED Talk, because I timed myself a hundred times, and managed to get 5-6 minutes most of the time because I had good pauses and kept a decent speed, but then stress just snatched my extra 2-3 minutes that I needed. Afterwards I deliberately ran out of the school to the bus because I wanted to escape the comments from everyone and get it officially over with.

The Actual Project
So now for my opinions on the actual project that we have been doing for the past 6 weeks, I feel accomplished, but a bit rushed. I did manage to reach my goal of throwing a card into an apple, but I had no build up or exact requirements like distance or height of target like the other goals I set. This was mainly due to the time restraints I had, and my poor time management skills, as I probably could have given myself an extra 1-2 days to do it. But I am glad that now that this project is over I can take my time and actually master the techniques.

Disclaimer
I am sorry that this blog is shorter than some the other blogs that I have had, and that is is a bit more boring, but I just needed one blog of just straight opinions of what I have done, and I thought that the last one was probably the best one to use. Thank you all for reading, as I will not be updating this blog anymore, unless for some reason I decide to in the far future when no one current will ever be reading, so a final thank you and goodbye to everyone.
